Was told I had to pay to get my check engine light diagnosed even if it resulted in a manufacture warranty issue which is absurd to pay if the warranty is suppose to cover up to 100k miles which I was under. It felt like I was a dollar sign and there was no flexible or customer focused solution.

Overall I had a good experience. My sales rep Khalid was top notch and super friendly. The financing team was amazing too. My only complaint of the whole process was that they said they were going to “detail and gas up” the car I was purchasing. When I received it, it was still very dirty and only had half a tank of gas. I felt like that was kind of wrong and have never experienced that anywhere else, but outside of that they were a good team.

Even washed the exterior of the car when they were finished. Noe Garcia has been my service rep for over 14 years. He is great to work with.

I brought my car in for a brake inspection and was told my rear brakes needed replacement. Thinh gave me a quote that was very fair, so I gave them the OK. Due to engine failure, I had to have it replaced. It was covered by warranty, as this was a known problem. It took about 10 days for Hyundai to receive the new engine, then about 3 days to put in the replacement. They did provide a loaner car. All in all, despite the wait time, I was satisfied with Pedder Hyundai. Noe kept me up to date on the status of my car.
